    THE GROUP IS A UNIT OF THE SCOUT ASSOCIATION WHICH PROMOTES DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL & SPIRITUAL POTENTIALS, AS INDIVIDUALS, RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS & MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL, NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES.
