Chairobics sessions will be delivered in existing group sessions. A series of multisports sessions in different venues facilitated by sessional workers with Community Sports Leadership Qualifications and community languages. These will also be supported by Wellbeing Champion volunteers (with community languages); 8 sessions will be hosted at High Hazels school, open to parents to become active while children are in school. 8 sessions will be at English Institute of Sport. These will be open to all, but particularly promoted with parents at the nearby Oasis Academy. 6 sessions will be in High Hazels park or indoors in adverse weather. It will be encouraged for people to walk to the local sessions..
