The study will focus largely on increasing engagement among women aged 18 and older. Muslim Sports Foundation will offer 4 sessions per week in 4 different locations in a culturally inclusive atmosphere. A variety of sports and physical activities will be available throughout these sessions to maximise the number of possibilities available. The project will be delivered by DBS-approved local female coaches who will also be bi-lingual. Funding will contribute towards Sport & Fitness equipment, facility hire, Promotion & Coaches Fees.
