FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG THOSE WHO ARE MIGRANTS, REFUGEES OR ASYLUM SEEKERS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF BURUNDIAN ORIGIN):-(1) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY THE PROVISION OF:- A. INFORMATION, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE; B. EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL PROGRAMMES THAT PROMOTE COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT.(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE UK, THROUGH SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES, CONCERNING BURUNDI, ITS HISTORY, HERITAGE, ARTS, LANGUAGES AND OTHER ASPECTS.(3) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY BY PROVISION OF ADVICE AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE MANY BURUNDIANS IN NEED OF RELIEF IN REFUGEE CAMPS IN RWANDA AND TANZANIA AND IN THE REGION GENERALLY.
