    Analysis by Giving is Great

    Positives:

    • The charity has received backing from several prominent grant makers including the Government recently

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

    • Why are there only 4 trustees?
    • Over half the Board have joined recently

    Financial issues to consider:

    • Liquidity appeared to be in excess of CC guidelines at the latest year end but this has been generated by an income surplus in the latest year and spending has been increasing rapidly
