THE CREDITON HEART PROJECT 

The Project aims to support the local community though the continued development of a versatile, comprehensive and responsive website and to create facilities to enable individuals, groups and organisations to enhance social cohesion and create opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds living within Crediton and the surrounding area.
