COOK4CARE

Working with Action For Young Carers, Cook4care support young carers by freeing up time for them to spend with family, friends and on school work. We do this by providing the family with nutritious home cooked meals, delivered to the home twice weekly. We cook 4 days a week at a local rugby club with a team of community volunteers. Meals are delivered by a team of community volunteer drivers.
