Tools 4 Teens provides a daily learning programme for disadvantaged young people from Hackney. Our activities include life skills workshops, interactive educational courses and recreational activities. The club is led by the young participants, facilitated by a professional Arts Instructor, and focuses on role-playing, which the young people have chosen as a way of giving them a voice, finding a creative outlet for the challenges they experience, and building their life skills and confidence. The sessions also enable young people to tackle isolation and build friendships. Participants shape delivery via a steering group and monthly discussions with the Project Coordinator.
