We plan to employ a marketing consultancy to develop a brand identity, build an integrated on-line booking system that connects to our new student database, and allow us to take payments on-line. This, along with a redevelopment of our website will boost our online presence, streamline our customer experience and keep us healthy in terms of competition in the market. We recognise that this is something we desperately need as we grow our timetable to cater for students on our waiting lists.
