TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING THE SOCIAL EXCLUSION OF PEOPLE WHO SUFFER FROM A DISABILITY IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS BY WAY OF RELIEVING NEED BY ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.
