Objectives

The objects of the CIO are:- to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of charities and voluntary organisations in the voluntary sector and the effective application and use of their resources for the public benefit in particular, but not exclusively, by providing technical assistance, financial assistance, logistics support, event preparation, event planning, event production, attendance and response statistical calculations, and post-event mentoring to Christian charities and Christian churches primarily in Europe, the Balkans, and in England. A second object shall be to pursue charitable purposes which will, in the opinion of the charity trustees, put into practice the Christian faith and be of benefit to all without distinction. These purposes may include but are not limited to the prevention and relief of need, hardship and sickness; the advancement of education; and the provision of services furthering social welfare, with the objective of improving the conditions of life of the residents.
