ANIMAL LIFEAID

Our main objective as a charity is to improve welfare of animals who are in need. We will achieve this by using the donations to support people who either can not afford to pay their emergency vet bills, vaccinations or buying animal food, beds and cages for animal centres.
Analysis by Giving is Great

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • This charity does not have a Conflict of Interests policy
  • The Board is completely male
  • The Board composition appears to be rather static and has little diversity in terms of age

Financial issues to consider:

  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
  • Accounts have been filed late on 2 occasions over the last 4 years and the current period appears to have been extended
  • Income has been volatile recently and was significantly lower than spending in the latest year
