PARTICULAR EMPHASIS WILL BE PLACED ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SPORTS OF CRICKET, RUGBY, FOOTBALL, TENNIS AND CANOEING AND AN ADDITIONALLY ASSOCIATION WILL PROVIDE ACCESS AND SUPPORT FOR LOCAL SCOUTS AND GUIDES ASSOCIATION BY ALLOWING THEM OPEN ACCESS TO LAND SUITABLE FOR CAMPING AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES. FURTHER EMPHASIS WILL BE PLACED ON PROMOTING DISABILITY RELATED SPORTS AND RECREATION. THE PLAYING FIELDS WILL BE MAINTAINED FOR THE USE OF ANY AFFILIATED AMATEUR SPORTING OR RECREATIONAL ORGANISATIONS. AFFILIATION WILL BE OPEN TO ALL RECOGNISED COMMUNITY AMATEUR SPORTING AND RECREATIONAL ORGANISATIONS OR ASSOCIATIONS WITH EACH ORGANISATION/ASSOCIATION BEING REQUIRED TO DEMONSTRATE THAT THEY HAVE AN OPEN ENROLMENT POLICY.
