THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 5 AND 25 BY PROVIDING CONFIDENTIAL COUNSELLING, INFORMATION AND ADVICE FOR THOSE IN NEED AND THEIR FAMILIES
