The project aims to bring people together for food and companionship and to tackle isolation in this diverse community.

THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE LIVING IN BATLEY, WEST YORKSHIRE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY RUNNING A DROP-IN SERVICE PROVIDING HOT FOOD, SIGN-POSTING TO OTHER SERVICES AND BASIC COUNSELLING.
