UPOTTERY PRE-SCHOOL CIO

We are a Pre School set in a rural village in East Devon offering Early Learning to children aged between 2 and 5 years of age. Our organisation is voluntarily run by a committee and employs suitably qualified staff to help and encourage our children to learn and develop in a safe and secure area, including a purpose built building, large garden and safety surface play area.
Analysis by Giving is Great

Positives:

  • There have been no material income shortfalls in recent years
  • A significant proportion of recent income was derived from major grant makers including the Government
  • The Board appears to be dynamic in terms of composition

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • This charity does not have a Conflict of Interests policy
  • Over half the Board have joined recently

Financial issues to consider:

  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
