THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT; TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF DISABLED PEOPLE RESIDENT IN SURREY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:(1) BY THE PROVISION OF A SUPPORT SERVICE TO ENABLE SUCH PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE IN PERSONAL ASSISTANCE AND OTHER SCHEMES DESIGNED TO ENABLE THEM TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY.(2) TO PROMOTE INDEPENDENT LIVING, EMPLOYMENT AND LEISURE OPPORTUNITIES AND INCLUSION FOR DISABLED PEOPLE IN A BROADER SENSE THAN PERSONAL ASSISTANCE SCHEMES.(3) TO WORK PROACTIVELY WITH THE PRIVATE, STATUTORY, VOLUNTARY AND FAITH SECTORS IN SURREY TO ENSURE THAT INDEPENDENT LIVING AND COMMUNITY INCLUSION IS OPEN TO ALL DISABLED PEOPLE IN SURREY.
