EAST AFRICAN WOMEN'S ACTIONS

We have three main projects:1. Drop In Advice Sessions2. Raising awareness of health issues3. Sport and leisure activities: (a) The provision of recreational and leisure time activities ; and (b) The provision of support and activities which develop their skills, capacities andcapabilities to enable them to participate in society as full and responsible individuals.

The multi-sport and physical activity sport sessions will run for 2 hours from 14.30 pm to 16.30 pm leaving 1 extra hour for add-value activities i.e. after sport and physical activity sessions have taken place, participants will come together to learn Life skills education which will engage team players and coaches as peer educators and teach participants about issues such as sexual and reproductive health (safe sex and pregnancy) and access to employment.
