This is a nationwide project that offered intense support to
Young people (aged 18 to 24) who are long term unemployed
and distant from employment. This support could last up to 18
months and aimed to get them into a job and help them keep
it. This project comes to an end in November.

We would like to deliver 12 summer holiday Fun days; 4 each in the following areas:- Oldfield Brow, Broomwood, Broadheath & the Grange. We have done this for a number of years now and they have become a central feature of summer community life in these areas, attracting 100’s to each event .
We would also like to deliver 12 winter indoor activities (4 in each area) that target 60+ attendees. We have done these for a number of years now and they are very well received and very popular.
All these events attract volunteers from the communities and are also a great way to get Partners and other community groups to work together, grow together & learn off each other.
