WOW! Centre is a new safe place for island women to go to as a one stop shop for women and girls to access information, support and companionship. They will support women and their children who have experienced violence against them and/or other issues such as poor physical and mental health, alcohol and drug abuse and offending behaviour. A steering group of island women will be involved in all aspects including staff recruitment of staff, finding premises and the services and support needed.
