HIGH PEAK HOMELESS HELP CIO

We provide temporary accommodation: fully-equipped tents or B&B for homeless people in and around High Peak Borough Council, Derbyshire. We work with individuals to resolve the issues underlying their homelessness: outreach, mediation, signposting to / working with other agencies, provision of clothing and food. Other assistance such as support into tenancies.

THE RELIEF OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF HOMELESS PEOPLE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION FOR YOUNG HOMELESS PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF SIXTEEN AND TWENTY-FIVE YEARS AND IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT, BUT NOT FURTHER OTHERWISE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAY BRING THE ISSUE OF HOMELESSNESS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ORDER TO HIGHLIGHT THE EXTENT OF THE PROBLEM, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AMONGST YOUNG PEOPLE, AS WELL AS SEEKING TO PUBLICISE THE CONSEQUENCES OF HOMELESSNESS AND WHAT STEPS ARE BEING TAKEN TO ALLEVIATE IT.
