The Charity is established for the following purposes: (a) To provide services that support the emotional, physical, and social needs of older adults and to ease isolation by connecting older adults to the wider community through activities such as peer support groups, drop-in day centres and day opportunities. (b) To advance and promote positive outlooks on ageing, including ageing well with disability, physical and/or mental health condition(s) and positive nutrition. and (c) To raise awareness of the challenges faced by older adults living in the community.
