    (a) To implement the conditions of the Trust Deed dated 28th November 1955 by the Provost, Magistrates and Councillors of the Burgh of Kilwinning. (b) To promote the well-being of the inhabitants of Corsehill District of Kilwinning by associating the local authorities, voluntary organisations and residents in a common effort to promote social activities, to foster a community spirit, to advance education and to achieve such other aims as may be determined by the Association. (c) To maintain and manage the Corsehill Community Centre for activities promoted by the Association in furtherance of the above objects, and to carry out any extension of the premises or facilities provided which may at any time seem necessary or desirable. The association shall be non-party political and non-sectarian.
