Objectives

(1) THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE SCHOOL CHARITY IN ASSISTING THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS THEREAT IN ONE OR MORE OF FOLLOWING WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT:(A) IN ASSISTING THE SAID GOVERNORS TO DISCHARGE THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE SAID EDUCATION ACTS WITH RESPECT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SCHOOL;(B) IN PROVIDING EQUIPMENT AND OTHER ITEMS. SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR AND THEREBY ADVANCE EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL.(2) IN APPLYING THE INCOME OF THE SCHOOL CHARITY THE TRUSTEES SHALL NOT RELIEVE RATES, TAXES OR OTHER PUBLIC FUNDS.
