(C) THE OBJECT REFERRED TO IN (II) ABOVE SHALL BE ATTAINED BY THE AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS AND BURSARIES TO ENABLE PERSONS APPEARING TO THE TRUTEES TO LACK THERESOURCES NECESSARY TO PAY THE CHARGES FOR TRAINING IN THE SAID BRANCHES OF HEALING TO PAY SUCH CHARGES.
