TO MAKE YEARLY PAYMENTS OF NOT LESS THAN ú2,000 AND NOT MORE THAN ú5,000, OR SUCH OTHER AMOUNT AS THE COMMISSIONERS APPROVE FROM TIME TO TIME TO THE GOVERNORS FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE PARISH SCHOOL OF THE CATHEDRAL CHURCH OF ST SAVIOUR AND ST MARY OVERIE, SOUTHWARK, TO BE APPLIED BY THE LAST-MENTIONED GOVERNORS TOWARDS PAYING THE RENT OF, OR TOWARDS THE COST OF ALTERATIONS AND REPAIRS TO THE PREMISES OF THAT SCHOOL AND THEREBY DISCHARGING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACT 1944 TO 1986 WITH RESPECT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THAT SCHOOL.
