(B) TO ACQUIRE TAKE OVER AS A GOING CONCERN AND CARRY ON QUAINTON HALL SCHOOL NOW CARRIED ON AT HINDES ROAD, HARROW IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX WHICH IS DEDICATED TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND THE HONOUR OF OUR LADY OF WALSINGHAM AND IN PIOUS MEMORY OF AGNES EYDEN, AND ANY OTHER SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS OR COMBINATION OF SCHOOLS: TOGETHER WITH ALL OR ANY OF THE PROPERTY AND ASSETS REAL AND PERSONAL BELONGING TO OR USED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH AND TO ESTABLISH AND START A SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS AS THE CHARITY MAY DETERMINE.
