    Objectives

    THE NET YEARLY INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE COST OF ALTERATIONS OF, AND REPAIRS TO THE PREMISES OF ANY VOLUNTARY SCHOOL IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA IN WHICH RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IS GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND. IF IN ANY YEAR THE SAID NET INCOME IS MORE THAN SUFFICIENT FOR THE PURPOSES AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SURPLUS INCOME IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING.) OF BENEFICIARIES WHO MAY BE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
