(1) THE PROVISION OF ITEMS, SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR THE SCHOOLS (EGGARS AND AMERY HILL) WHICH WOULD NOT NORMALLY BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY(2) IF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECT SPECIFIED IN (1) ABOVE IT MAY BE APPLIED IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY:(A) PERSONS WHO ARE ATTENDING THE SCHOOLS SPECIFIED ABOVE;(B) PERSONS WHO ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 AND WHO HAVE AT ANY TIME ATTENDING THE SCHOOLS SPECIFIED ABOVE.
