THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE CENTRE IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THOSE LIVING OR WORKING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION AGAINST ANY PERSON OR BODY ON GROUNDS RELATING TO SEX, RACE OR RELIGION OR OTHER OPINIONS BY: (A) THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH A CENTRE FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CENTRE AND ITS CONSTITUENT BODIES IN THE FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS. (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND WORK TRAINING AMONG THOSE LIVING OR WORKING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
