    TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS FOR DISABLED PEOPLE IN THE INTEREST OF THEIR SOCIAL WELFARE WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE RECREATIONAL CHARITIES ACT 1958, AND AS THEREIN LIMITED AND IN PARTICULAR TO ASSIST THE JUBILEE SAILING TRUST IN THE ATTAINMENT OF ITS CHARITABLE OBJECTS NAMELY: TO PROVIDE SAIL TRAINING FACILITIES TO ENABLE PHYSICALLY DISABLED PEOPLE OVER THE AGE OF 16 TO SHARE THE CHALLENGE OF CREWING A TALL SHIP AT SEA WITH OTHER DISABLED AND ABLE BODIED PEOPLE FOR THEIR MUTUAL AND INDIVIDUAL INTEGRATION, SUCH DISABLED PERSONS BEING HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE BENEFICIARIES.
