ASSOCIATION OF FRIENDS OF HARTLEY HOUSE

We are fund raising to raise money for an activities room for the residents to be able to go to for exercise & hobby eg doing jigsaws or painting. This has been achieved. We are now using our funds to provide outings for needy residents and extras at Christmas.
Analysis by Giving is Great

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • The Board is completely female
  • The Board composition appears to be very static

Financial issues to consider:

  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
  • Spending is declining
  • Income has been volatile and on several occasions in recent years less than spending
