BJS FOUNDATION 

The principle objective of the Society is to promote the British Journal of Surgery as Europe's leading surgical journal and to support its affiliated surgical associations in Europe in promoting and advancing the practice of surgery by providing research and editorial bursaries, invited lectureships, surgical prizes and general support of surgical meetings across Europe.
