THE OLIVER BORTHWICK MEMORIAL TRUST

The original intention of the Trusts which are now comprised in the Oliver Borthwick Memorial Trust was to provide shelter and help the homeless and this remains the case. The Trustees welcome applications from small but viable charities where they are able to make a significant contribution to the practical work of the charity..
Analysis by Giving is Great

Positives:

  • There have been no material income shortfalls in recent years

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • This charity only provides its support via other charities
  • This charity does not have a Conflict of Interests policy
  • The Board composition appears to be very static

Financial issues to consider:

  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
