TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE HOMELESS AND THOSE FACING HOMELESSNESS IN CHESTERFIELD AND SURROUNDING AREAS, BY A) THE PROVISION OF SERVICES INCLUDING SPECIALIST NURSING SUPPORT TO ACCESS CARE FOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS. B) WORKING WITH ORGANISATIONS INCLUDING DENTAL, SUBSTANCE MISUSE SERVICES AND SUCH OTHERS AS THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MAY DETERMINE;C) PROVIDING GROUP ACTIVITIES FOR RECREATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
