ST GERMAIN'S WELLBEING 

St Germains Wellbeing offers free emotional support to anyone over 18 experiencing common mental health problems (e.g. anxiety or depression). People can access this support at our weekly Wellbeing Drop-In, they can register with us for a short course of one-to-one emotional support sessions, or join a variety of wellbeing workshops.
