    THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF REFUGEES IN THE EVESHAM VALE AREA:A) TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR ASYLUM SEEKERS REFUGEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS;B) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF REFUGEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO ADVICE ON HOW TO ACCESS HEALTH SERVICES;C) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF REFUGEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS IN NEED THEREOF SO AS TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE AND ASSIST IN THEIR REHABILITATION WITHIN A NEW COMMUNITY; ANDD) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
