IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SEAFARERS BY PROVIDING A CLUB FOR ACCOMMODATION, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION; AND2. THE RELIEF OF SEAFARERS AND FORMER SEAFARERS WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.3. THE TRUSTEES MAY PROVIDE THE CLUB FACILITIES AT A REDUCED CHARGE, OR FREE OF CHARGE, TO SEAFARERS WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.4. THE TRUSTEES MAY PROVIDE RELIGIOUS, USEFUL AND PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTION TO SEAFARERS.5. THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR USE FOR THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY.
