THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THROUGH THE PUBLIC DISPLAY AND EXHIBITION OF PAINTINGS AND ARTWORK OF ARTISTIC MERIT AT THE SHIRE HALL, CHELMSFORD.3.
