(1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN ALTON AND SURROUNDING ALTON RURAL CATCHMENT INCLUDING THE VILLAGES OF BENTLEY, BEECH, BENTWORTH, BINSTED, BLACKNEST, EAST WORLDHAM, HOLYBOURNE, KINGSLEY, CHAWTON, SELBORNE, FARRINGDON, NEWTON VALENCE, BLACKMOOR, OAKHANGER, FROYLE, FOUR MARKS, MEDSTEAD, ROPLEY, LASHAM AND SHALDEN.(2) WHERE POSSIBLE, COLLABORATE WITH OTHER LOCAL CHARITIES, SERVICE ORGANISATIONS AND FUNDING SOURCES, TO AVOID DUPLICATION, AND TO PROMOTE JOINED-UP RESPONSE TO MAXIMISE IMPACT AND GOOD PRACTICE TO SUPPORT THOSE IN NEED.(3) PROVIDE AID AND ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS AND HOUSEHOLDS PRIMARILY, AS WELL AS TO GROUPS AND ORGANISATIONS WHOSE BENEFICIARIES MEET THESE CHARITABLE OBJECTS.
