PROMOTING GREATER DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION IN SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING, WITH THE AIM OF ADDRESSING THEUNDERREPRESENTATION OF WOMEN IN THESE FIELDS;B. PROVIDING MENTORSHIP AND SUPPORT TO YOUNG WOMAN PROFESSIONALS OR THOSE IN THEIR EARLY CAREER YEARS, THIS INCLUDES INDIVIDUALS RETURNING TO WORK POST A CAREER BREAK IN SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING, WITH THEGOAL OF INSPIRING AND EMPOWERING THEM TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL; ANDC.
