A) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED BETWEEN 10 AND 25 YEARS WHO ARE SOCIALLY AND/OR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED, AND EXPERIENCING OR AT RISK OF PROBLEM BEHAVIOURS AND WHO MAY BE AT RISK OF CRIMINAL EXPLOITATION AS A RESULT, BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE CAUSES FOR THE EXPLOITATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE, AND THE PREVENTION AND MITIGATION OF HARM ARISING FROM IT, BY:A. PROVIDING GRANT FUNDING FOR RESEARCH INTO THESE SUBJECTS AND THE DISSEMINATION OF THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH; B. PROVIDING TRAINING IN THESE SUBJECTS FOR SCHOOLS, THE POLICE AND AGENCIES AND ORGANISATIONS WORKING WITH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE.
