Objectives

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AT BEDES SCHOOL (THE SCHOOL) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING FUNDING, ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT IN SUCH MANNER AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) THE PROVISION OF:(A) BURSARY SUPPORT FOR THE BENEFIT OF PUPILS AT THE SCHOOL WHO WOULD BE UNABLE TO CONTINUE IN EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL OR WHO WOULD BE UNABLE TO COMMENCE EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL DESPITE BEING ACCEPTED, WITHOUT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE; AND(B) FUNDING TO THE SCHOOL TOWARDS THE DEVELOPMENT OF ITS FACILITIES.
