THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND RELIEF OF NEED IN SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES OR IN COMMUNITIES AFFECTED BY NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER BY PROVIDING GOODS OR SERVICES OR SUPPORT WHICH PEOPLE IN SUCH COMMUNITIES COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD OR ACCESS AND TO CARRY OUT THIS PURPOSE AS AN OUTWORKING OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH.
