EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE;? SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND EVENTS INVOLVING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY;? SUCH SUPPORT AS IS NECESSARY TO INCREASE THE PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING OF THE CLIENT GROUP ?
