TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR AGE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS PURPOSE THE TRUSTEES WILL BE MAINTAINING AND MANAGING THE HAYLE DAY CENTRE FOR THE ELDERLY (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE CENTRE.)
