(2) IN PARAGRAPH (1): (A) THE MISSION OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND? MEANS THE WHOLE MISSION OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, PASTORAL, EVANGELISTIC, SOCIAL AND ECUMENICAL; (B) CATHEDRAL CHURCH BUILDING?
