TO FOSTER PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE CHURCH BUILDING, AND ITS GROUNDS.3 SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES BEING CARRIED OUT IN SUCH MANNER AS TO COMPLIMENT, SUPPLEMENT AND SUPPORT THE SIMILAR CHARITABLE OBJECTIVES OF THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL FOR THE CHURCH (THE PCC).
