OPEN MINDS NOTTINGHAM 

We provide mid-month health and well-being activities, for example, walks to local venues like art galleries, museums, parks, and gardens, nature reserves, etc. At the end of the month, we provide a craft workshop & IT advice and guidance. During the week there are lunchtime meetings and arranged 1:1 sessions. We provide 2 online zoom workshops in the evenings and a WhatsApp closed group.
