    THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE AMATEUR SPORT OF CRICKET, PRIMARILY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH THE COLLECTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF NEW AND USED CRICKET EQUIPMENT TO FINANCIALLY DISADVANTAGED YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN THROUGHOUT THE WORLD WHO MAY OTHERWISE NOT AFFORD TO DUE TO POVERTY, OTHER FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE.
